All wholesale orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Return Policy
Wholesale Return Window
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, depending on the product and condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged/defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 5 business days with photos, and we will replace or credit the item at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Refunds
Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
